The next bellwether trial in the MDL is scheduled to begin on October 16, 2023. The outcome of this trial could have a significant impact on the future of the MDL and the value of the cases.
In the meantime, the parties are continuing to negotiate a global settlement. However, there is no guarantee that a settlement will be reached.
