I have been with Sundance Vacations for 2 years and have YET to be able to book a vacation.. always say not available for the date(s) I select. Then they say we have to book a YEAR IN ADVANCE. You try to do this and then there are no dates available again. I have yet to use my 1 week free vacation. I pay each month $206.00 each month and $119.00 every 3 months. With me being on SSD this is hard. I would not mind if I could USE MY VACATIONS.
they said I won free concert tickets of my choice. when I went to the show last night at ppg arena, the tickets were bogus and had no bar code. arena management took care of me, but this company should be sued for false claims and for harassing me with constant sales phone calls.
We won a free 1 week vacation thru Sundance over a year ago . Sat thru their presentation paid the money they asked and still haven’t been able to set up our free vacation. It’s to the point now that I just gave up and said screw it and now I’m just out the money that has been paid
They say that you can go anywhere with Sundance property if no Sundance property they will find something else..
My son & I signed up for this vacation package on 2/26/2022. As of to date we have not been able to use the 2 promotions awarded to us for attending, this includes 2 free tickets which cost us $20 and 1 week vacation which we can NEVER book no availabilities even if we try to book months in advance which they say 6-8 months. We are looking to go to Panama City, FL. in end of July first week of Aug. of 2024 and cannot book through Odenza (free gift) or Sundance Vacations directly. We have never missed a payment & we even make them over a week early. Odenza likes to play games where you call & the agent says they will call back but never does sends emails saying they called but you look at your phone call log and NO MISSED CALLS. My son is prior military so they gave him a discount and threw in a few extra weeks for him, and this is the way treat him..(and others) All we want is to sue them and get ALL we put into this back and emotional damage on us for what we are going through trying to book a vacation for us. This was to be a great family one as it is the 1st time for me traveling after 2 rounds of cancer, and the stress and emotional toll on me with people telling me not possible to book maybe next year or try in a few months. It has been over a year and half now and this is BS…. Please let is join this lawsuit.. thank you
I “won” an 8 day/7 night resort stay with them by signing up for a sweepstakes while I was at a zoo. I thought it sounded legitimate since I did enter the sweepstakes but then they started getting pushy about me needing to come into an office this week for an hour-long presentation where I leave with an Echo Dot as a gift. And there were no appointments available past this Saturday. Sounded really sketchy all of a sudden. So I looked into it and I’m so glad I did. This company is a scam. I feel bad for all the people who lose money because of them.
My wife and I have experience the horrific experience as all those above. Sadly we mimic the exact same sentiment and need recourse and restitution. It’s impossible to book anything as the dates available are non existent and customer service is the worst ever. You pay to unlock incentive send never get to book.
I have been with them almost two years and have had the same problems, no availability and very pushy people.
how do I get involved with this class action suit, is there a contact email or number?
