  1. I bought a RAH in northern Colorado in December 2020. Two and a half years later, I finally received a home warranty check to fix the faulty foundation (improperly installed monopost) which led to all sorts of damage in the interior – to which, the home warranty will not cover repairing. They also demolished my kitchen and fireplace tiles that were not installed properly and/or were poor materials, replaced it with improperly installed tiles, demolished it again and offered to put up drywall in its place, pay me the cost of the tiles but not including installation for hiring someone to do it. Is there someone I can talk to about this that you recommend? Thank you in advance.

  2. I upgraded my hardwood floors to $4/ 5k and they didn’t a bad craftsman job ..

I do not understand the moment I moved the floor was messed up, can I have a copy of the warranty. To my understanding when I first started the process of building the home I was made aware that flooring was covered by the warranty. This is unacceptable I paid extra to have wood flooring and they look terrible. I have been trying to have someone come and fix them for over a year. If you used an outside contractor for flooring I need their contact information. This was supposed to be my dream home and now has turned into my worst nightmare.
